Every piece is printed to order and ships in 3–5 business days via tracked USPS delivery. Shipping is a flat $4.99 — free on orders over $30. Typical total delivery time is 6–10 business days. We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return unused items in original condition — just email me first. Return postage is on you; made-to-order custom colors are final sale.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo within 7 days and I'll send a free replacement or refund in full — your choice, no return needed.
Refunds
Approved refunds go straight back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically land within 5–10 business days.
Materials & Care
PLA
The detail specialist — crisp edges and a smooth matte finish. Best for display pieces, vases, and desk items. Least heat-resistant: keep below ~50°C (no hot cars or sunny windowsills).
PETG
The tough one — stronger, slightly flexible, and shrugs off heat up to ~75°C plus water and UV. The right pick for functional parts, holders, and anything handled daily.
ABS
The workhorse — most heat-resistant (~95°C) and very durable with a subtle sheen. Choose it for parts that live near heat or take real mechanical stress.
Care
Wipe with a damp cloth — no dishwasher, no soaking. Every printed item should stay below 50°C and out of prolonged direct sunlight to keep its shape and color.
